#22 - Meal Plan - Week of 2.4.18
Well, life happens & I forgot to post this!!! We spent the weekend with friends & family in Mississippi. It was a great weekend of relaxing & hanging out, but time to get back on track!!
I plan to be upping my salad game this week for lunches & eggs for breakfast primarily.
I'm down 83lbs as of this week!!!
Dinners:
Sunday - Shrimp & Sausage Skillet
Monday - Avocado Greek Salad & Greek Salad Dressing
Tuesday - Cashew Chicken
Wednesday - Keto Pizza
Thursday - Creamy Cauliflower Chowder
Friday - Low Carb Spinach Cobb Salad
Saturday - Chili Lime Steak Fajitas
