#20 - Keto Delicious Lasagna

Ok...let's be real...this was delicious. I had a friend tag me in a recipe & I decided (just like them all), to make it my own & change it up a good bit! Nick even loved it & we are serving it to friends tonight!! It was so cheesy & so delicious!!



"Noodle" Ingredients 
4 large eggs
8oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 tbs onion flakes
1 tsp oregano
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp basil
2 tsp Italian seasoning

Sauce Ingredients
1 45oz jar Prego Meat Sauce
1.5lb ground turkey
1 heaping tbsp garlic, minced

Layering Ingredient
7.5oz Ricotta Cheese, whole milk
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded



Noodle Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 & line a 13 x 9 glass baking dish with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese and eggs. Add in parmesan cheese and seasonings until combined.
3. Fold in mozzarella cheese.
4. Spread mixture into the dish evenly and bake for 20-25 minutes.
5. Once noodles are done, cool in fridge for about 20 minutes.
6. Once cooled, remove from fridge & slice in 2-4 inch strips & then slice in half. (Should end up making around 10-12 "noodle" strips.

Meat Sauce Directions
1. Brown the turkey meat (drain grease)
2. Add garlic & sauce to the meat & continue cooking until warm

Building the Lasagna
1. Begin by layering meat sauce in the bottom of the glass dish, noodle layer, meat layer, cheese, noodle layer, meat layer, cheese.
2. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
