#30 - Meal Plan - Week of 4.15.18

Whoops! Life happens and I needed a little break, so here we are...resuming our weekly keto meal plan!!

I've probably been more half-ass lately than normal with my eating and planning so I need the accountability that this gives me to stick to a plan. We all had the stomach flu last week and that put a wrench in everything as far as having a plan because it was kind of like bowling pins being knocked down. One by one each day one of us was sick. With all of us feeling better, it's time to get back at it!!

Monday: Tacos with Cheese Shells
Tuesday: Blueberry Muffins
Wednesday: Beef & Broccoli
Thursday: Crockpot Chicken Stew
Friday: Veggie Loaded Mini Meatloafs
Saturday: Chicken in White Sauce
Sunday: Keto Portabello Sliders
