#18 - Keto Cheesy Bread Biscuits
Oh my word. This. Was. Delicious.
Ingredients- 8oz cream cheese (block)
- 3.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 4 tbsp baking powder
- 1 1/3 cup almond flour
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
Directions
1. Preheat to 400
2. Melt cream cheese and mozzarella on low heat till melted.
3. Mix dry ingredients and add the eggs.
4. Mix in melted cheese to the dry ingredients and eggs.
5. Let sit for 10 minutes.
6. Melt the butter in the pan to coat so biscuits don't stick.
7. Roll dough into 24 balls and place in fridge for 10 minutes to set.
8. Move dough to buttered cast iron skillet.
9. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
*PS....sugar free jelly with this would be the BOMB!!!*
