#11 - Keto Taco Sushi

I am calling this one Keto Taco Sushi because I changed it a bit from the original (go figure). I say this was pretty delicious & worth making for a quick meal.




Keto Taco Sushi


Ingredients
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
4 oz. ground turkey (cooked & seasoned with whatever taco seasoning you prefer - you can use whatever meat you want)
1/2 an avocado
*optional ingredients* green olives, salsa, sour cream, onions, tomatoes, etc (I used black olives on the actual food and sour cream and salsa to dip it in)

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400
2. Spread out cheese evenly over parchment paper on top of a cookie sheet
3. Cook for 15 minutes or until cheese starts to become "crispy" around the edges
4. Remove from oven and add meat and avocado in a very thin layer across entire dish
5. Slice in long strips & roll up
6. Once the strips harden a bit, cut in individual bites (like sushi)
7. Dip or eat by themselves
