#33 - Keto Shrimp Fried Rice



This was something I literally threw together last minute. My husband, nor my 14 year old nephew could tell any different!! You can also add other seasonings as you wish (garlic, pepper, siracha, etc).


Ingredients:
1 bag frozen peas & carrots
1 bag Birds Eye Riced Cauliflower
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
24 cocktail shrimp (cooked)

Directions:
(I steamed each bag in microwave for 3 minutes before cooking on stove)
1. Pour all ingredients into a pan with about a tbsp of olive oil.
2. Season however you'd like in addition to soy (I used a little pepper and garlic)
3. Cook until ingredients are the texture you desire.


Net carbs: 10 per serving
